Tourists enjoy real India in Rajasthan

Rajasthan, March 24, 2008 : Rural tourism is in vogue in India's northwestern state of Rajasthan, as tourists from abroad trek into savour the rustic idyll staying in small houses in remote villages, instead of star hotels.

Apparently, the reason for the preference is the economic package offered and the fact that they also get a glimpse of the real India.
