Dr C P Thakur given Lifetime Achievement award

Patna, Mar 24(UNI) Former Union Minister and senior BJP leader Dr C P Thakur has been honoured with ''International lifetime achievment award''.

Speaking to UNI, Dr C P Thakur said here today that this award is given to doctors for their extra ordinary medical services to the society.

He said he was glad that the HIV Congress 2008, organised in Mumbai, has selected him for the award this year, he added.

Earlier Dr F D Dastur was given this award.
