AP sought Rs 2952.61 cr central relief in 2007-08:Minister
Hyderabad, Mar 24 (UNI) The Andhra Pradesh Government has received Rs 334.54 crore from the Centre in 2007-08, as against Rs 2952.61 crore sought for relief and rehabilitation, Revenue Minister D Prasada Rao informed the State Assembly today.
In a written reply to G S S Sivaji and other TDP members, he said the state received Rs 628.85 crore as against Rs 10,099.90 crore sought from the Centre in 2006-07.
The State Government had received Rs 346.03 crore in 2003-04, Rs 358.63 crore in 2004-05 and Rs 444.08 crore in 2005-06, as against the request for Rs 996.12 crore in 2003-04, Rs 1410.04 crore in 2004-05, Rs 1200.85 crore in 2005-06 from the Centre, he added.
