Omaxe launches luxury project in Ludhiana

New Delhi, Mar 23: Real estate major Omaxe has said it has commenced the construction of its 'Royal Residency with Spa Village' in Ludhiana which is expected to be completed in about 30 months.

Spread over a landscaped area of 36 acres, Omaxe Royal Residency will have luxury apartments and penthouses with Spa Village in Ludhiana, a company statement said. The project will house palatial air-conditioned three and four bedroom luxury apartments and penthouses in an area ranging from 1,800-6,750 sq ft. It will have 964 apartments and 86 penthouses in 26 towers, the statement added. "It is the first ever ultra luxury apartments and penthouses residential complex with Spa facility for the Royal residents of Ludhiana," said Omaxe Ltd CMD Rohtas Goel.

Besides the Spa Village, it will also have an in-house club, climate-controlled swimming pool, gymnasium with facilities like sauna, steam bath and Jacuzzi, party lounge, conference room and kids theme park. It will also house a hotel with office suites on sprawling nine acres.
