Lok Satta launches 'Surajya' movement in AP
Hyderabad, Mar 23 (UNI) Lok Satta Party President N Jayaprakash Narayana today said his party had launched the 'Surajya' movement in the state to create awareness on democratic values and the need to eradicate political corruption from the country.
Addressing a press conference here, he said the party workers would tour all the villages in the state to create awareness on this. The party would highlight the values of Mahatma Gandhi, Dr B R Ambedkar and Bhagat Singh.
Civil Liberty Movement activist Sandeep Pandy said ''the country needed an alternative political power as all the political parties, including the Left, are corrupt and failed to protect the democratic values.'' UNI BR AJ 1603
