Easter observed in Meghalaya

Shillong, Mar 23: Christians in Meghalaya today celebrated Easter, the day of Resurrection of Jesus Christ, with religious fervour and enthusiasm.
Midnight and early morning mass were conducted in all the churches here to mark the occasion. Governor S S Sidhu had also extended his Easter greetings to the Christian community in the State.
