Over 2100 booked for traffic violations in Delhi on Holi
New Delhi, Mar 22 (UNI) More than 2100 people were booked and about 31 vehicles impounded for various traffic violations across the national capital on Holi, police said.
They said the traffic personnel booked 271 people for drunken driving, 102 for dangerous driving, 646 for not wearing helmets and 246 for triple riding.
Many people were booked for several other violations.
Police said 31 vehicles were also impounded for traffic violations.
Meanwhile, one person was killed when a tempo overturned on the DND fly-over today.
