265 cadets inducted into Army

Chennai, Mar 22 (UNI) About 160 gentlemen and 105 lady cadets, who had undergone training at the Officers Training Academy (OTA) here, were formally inducted into the Army today.

Andaman and Nicobar Governor Lt General Bhopinder Singh, who is also in charge of Puducherry, reviewed the passing-out parade at the OTA, the country's leading defence training institution.

Speaking on the occasion, the Lt Governor said the newly inducted officers should update their knowledge and continue their learning process without resting on their laurels.
