Mercury dips further in Capital
New Delhi, Mar 21 (UNI) Delhiites continued to enjoy reprieve from scorching heat as the mercury fell further by a degree to 33.4 degrees celsius, a degree above normal.
However, the minimum remained at a high of 17.6 degrees Celsius, three degrees above normal. Yesterday, the maximum was recorded at 34.2 degrees Celsius, two degrees above normal for this time of the year.
The met office said cloudy weather would prevail tomorrow. The maximum temperature is expected to hover around 34 degrees Celsius and the minimum is likely to be 17 degrees Celsius.
The forecast over the next 24 hours is mainly clear sky in Delhi.
