Maoist leader Somen Sen Roy sent to 14 days jail custody

Purulia, Mar 20 (UNI) Chief Judicial Magistrate of Purulia District Court Zahir Ahmed today remanded CPI (Moaist) press secretary Himadri Sen Roy alias Somen to 14 days jail custody.

The CJM rejected Somen's bail petition moved by his lawyer Sagar Mondal.

The Maoist leader was allegedly involved in the blast of a CRPF camp, under construction, at Gurpana in Bandwan block of Purulia district on October 30, 2005.
