SEBI warns Zee Telefilms in Ketan Parekh Scam
Mumbai, Mar 19 (UNI) In a major move in the matter of 2003 Ketan Parekh scam, the market regulator, Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) today warned the Zee Telefilms Ltd and its promoters against violations or non-compliance of the provisions of SEBI Act and the rules and regulations.
The market regulator today said the violation of the same framed there under, in future, shall be dealt with stringently.
