MindTree among top 100 Global Services list

Bangalore, Mar 19 (UNI) Global IT and R and D services major MindTree Consulting today announced that it had been named in the Global Services Magazine's 2008 Global 100 list.

Winners were chosen from among participants from 17 countries by taking into account company size (revenue, employee strength, geographies covered), customers (customer base, testimonials and references, average contract size), skills (depth and breadth of offerings, delivery capability, quality initiatives, verticals covered) as well as attrition and training, a company release said here.

The Global Services 100, now in its fourth year, is a tool for buyers of business and technology services. Judges from Global Services magazine team up with outsourcing experts at neoIT, a consulting firm that specialises in services globalisation, to identify and evaluate the leading service providers located on four continents.

The evaluation was based on data provided by the service providers and third parties regarding effective operations, service offerings, client relationships and human capital, the release added.
