Fahim offers Zardari for the post of Pak PM

Islamabad, March 18th 2008 : Makhdoom Amin Fahim, Vice Chairman of Pakistan People"s Party, on March 17, proposed the name of party co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari for the post of Prime Minister of Pakistan.

Fahim proposed this move at a meeting of the party"s leadership in Islamabad on Monday. Pakistan's new National Assembly was sworn in on March 17 but the post of Prime Minister still remains vacant.
