Two persons commit suicide

Kolhapur, Mar 18 (UNI) A man and a woman allegedly committed suicide by hanging themselves in their houses at two different places in the city today.

The deceased were identified as Nitin Rama Gaikwad (35), resident of Morewadi, on the outskirts of the city, and Mangala Baban Bhagat (40) from the suburban Jaragnagar area, police said.

Cause of the extreme step in both the incidents is not yet known and further investigations are on, police said.
