Fire breaks out in industrial unit
Mumbai, Mar 17 (UNI) A major fire broke out at the Retiwala Industrial Estate at Byculla here today causing burn injuries and smoke-induced complications to at least 25 people.
About 25 people have been admitted to the government-run J J Hospital with either burn injuries or breathing problems.
The fire broke out in a unit of the industrial estate this afternoon, fire brigade sources said, adding that the fire was still not under full control.
Twelve fire engines, eight water tankers and three ambulances were rushed to the spot.
The cause of the fire, was yet to be ascertained, they added.
