FBI chief targeted in Islamabad blast

Lahore, Mar 17 : Trish, the FBI Operations chief in Pakistan, was the target of the blast in the Italian Restaurant Luna Caprese in Islamabad.

The Daily Times quoted a private TV channel as saying that Trish was the second highest-ranking US official in Pakistan and had been the terrorists' actual target.

According to TV reports, she was injured in the blast and is undergoing treatment at the Al-Shifa Hospital. Her condition is reported to be stable.
