10 Lankan Tamil refugees arrive at Mandapam
Ramanathapuram, Tamil Nadu, Mar 17 (UNI) Ten Sri Lankan Tamil refugees arrived at Mandapam camp here today.
Official sources told UNI that the refugees hailing from Trincomalee, Yalpanam, Kilinochi and Vavuniya in the island nation arrived in Chennai in a chartered SriLankan Airlines flight with valid passports before reaching the Mandapam camp.
After preliminary investigation, the officials of state intelligence department lodged them in the camp, the sources added.
