Orbit Corp sells stake in unit for Rs 200 cr

New Delhi, Mar 16 (UNI) Real estate developer Orbit Corp Ltd (OCL) said Cyprus-based Rodere Holdings Ltd has invested Rs 200 crore in its unit Orbit Highcity Pvt Ltd.

The funds will be used to develop township projects in the Metropolitan region, a company statement said.

Orbit Highcity is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Mumbai-based OCL.
