Syndicate Bank raises Rs 240 cr via private placement

New Delhi, Mar 14: Syndicate Bank today said it has sucessfully made a Private Placement of 2,400 Bonds of Rs 10 lacs each aggregating to Rs 240 crore- Tier I.

Series I was opened for subscription on March 11, 2008 and the issue is fully subscribed and stands closed today, said a statement.
