TY Bcom student commits suicide

Mumbai, Mar 13 (UNI) A 20-year-old third year Bcom student allegedly committed suicide by hanging herself at her house in Nagarik Nivaran Colony at Goregaon here in western suburbs as she was not prepared for the examinations.

Shyamala Surve, who was a student of third year Bcom in a college at Goregaon, allegedly committed suicide late last night by hanging herself from the ceiling fan of her house, police said today.

In her suicide note, Shyamala said that she was not prepared for the exam and that was why she was committing suicide, police added.
