JK: Office timing in Valley changes for summer

Srinagar, Mar 13: The Jammu and Kashmir government has ordered change in the office timings with effect from April first for the summer months.

An official spokesman said an order has been issued effecting change in the working hours of all the government offices in the Kashmir valley.

The offices would now function from 1000 hrs to 1600 hrs against the present timing of 1030 hrs to 1630 hrs.

However, there would be no change in the working hours of educational institutions located within the municipal limits of Srinagar, he said.
