Talking to newsmen, he said it would be passed by the Rajya Sabha on March 18 or 19.
The General Discussion on the Budget began in Lok Sabha yesteday and continued today.
Referring to Ms Sonia Gandhi completing ten years tomorrow as the Congress President, becoming the longest serving Chief of the oldest political party, Mr Dasmunsi said she had taken over the reins of the party at the height of a crisis.
