Confidence Petroleum acquires Mumbai based Agwan Coach
New Delhi, Mar 13 (UNI) Confidence Petroleum India Ltd today said it has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for the acquisition of Mumbai-based Petro Logistic Company Agwan Coach Pvt Ltd.
Agwan Coach will be 100 per cent subsidiary of the company and is involved in the business of providing logistic support to oil companies from the last 14 years, a company statement said.
It has also been allotted 10 acres of land in SEZ at Visakhapatnam by the Andhra Pradesh State Government to establish a second CNG cylinder manufacturing plant, it added.
