Azad presents Rs 5 lakh to JAKLI regiment

Jammu, Mar 13 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad today presented a cheque for Rs five lakh to the Army's J&K Light Infantry (JAKLI) regiment which is celebrating its diamond jubilee.

The Chief Minister presented the cheque to Brig Verinder Singh of JAKLI as a special acknowledgement of the feats accomplished by the soldiers of this infantry regiment, an official statement here said.
