PDP announce new district president for Srinagar
Srinagar, Mar 11 (UNI) The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), a partner in the coalition government in the Jammu and Kashmir, has nominated Sheikh Ghulam Qadir Pardesi as party president for Srinagar district.
PDP president Mehbooba Mufti nominated Mr Pardesi in place of Sheikh Abdul Rehman, who has joined the National Conference (NC) along with five other PDP leaders yesterday.
