NDFB camp torched in Assam

Kokrajhar, Mar 11 (UNI) Unidentified miscreants today set ablaze a designated camp of the National Democratic Front of Boroland (NDFB) at Salekbazar under Patgaon police station of Kokrajhar district.

Official sources said the incident occurred at 1500 hours and had triggered tension in the area and the NDFB militants, having a ceasefire with the Union Government, had come out on the streets seeking retaliation.

There were almost a dozen designated camps, where the militants were holed up with arms and ammunition.

This was the first attack on the militant designated camp by miscreants.
