BJP leaders held for organising rally

Hyderabad, Mar 11 (UNI) BJP Andhra Pradesh President Bandaru Dattatreya and Patry National Secretary N Indrasena Reddy were arrested for organising a padayatra, along with the party workers, to the state Assembly here today.

The leaders also staged a road blockade before the police arrested and removed them.

The padayatra was to condemn the Left's attitude in levelling baseless allegations against the BJP.

Meanwhile, BJP leader G Kishan Reddy told newspersons that the BJP or the RSS had any role in the attack.

He alleged that the atttack was masterminded by the CPI(M) to purposefully defame the party.
