Moradabad, Mar 10, 2008 : The peppermint industry in the city of Moradabad of India's northern Uttar Pradesh state is undergoing losses as it faces tough competition from the Chinese market.

The peppermint industry in Moradabad produces the world"s 85-86 percent of menthol. But due to government negligence, the industry is going through a tough phase.
