MetLife enters into distribution tie up with Viswas

Hyderabad, Mar 10 (UNI) MetLife India Insurance Company Limited today announced the launch of its corporate agency arrangement with Viswas, a Hyderabad-based rural retail chain.

According to a release here, with the tie-up, MetLife would offer its life insurance solutions through the Viswas retail network of nearly 300 retail centres. The tie-up would further strengthen MetLife's presence across the rural locations in Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Maharashtra.

The insurance company also announced the launch of its rural initiative 'Sunehre Sapne', an endeavour to educate the rural segment on the need for financial planning through various contact programmes and tailor-made life insurance products.
