'Congress yet to know India': Kumaraswamy
Bangalore, Mar 10 (UNI) Criticising the Congress for naming the nation-wide tour of party General Secretary Rahul Gandhi as 'Discover India', former Karnataka Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy today said '' the Congress is yet to know India and its people even after ruling for six decades.'' Mr Kumaraswamy, who was on his way to Mysore to launch 'Jaitra Yatra', told reporters that ''it is very sad that the Congress is not yet familiar with the country and its problems.'' He said during his 20-day state-wide tour, he would highlight the injustice meted out by the Centre to the state for the last 60 years.
On other parties bringing in national leaders to the state for election campaign, he said his party fully depended on party workers and local leaders to win the elections.
