Mangalore AP records highest temperature 38.2 degree celsius

Bangalore, Mar 9 (UNI) Following is a summary of observations recorded by the weather office at 0830 hours today.

Dry weather prevailed over the State.

Maximum temperatures rose at a few places over Coastal Karnataka and North Interior Karnataka and changed little over South Interior Karnataka. They were appreciably above normal at moat places being markedly so at a few places over Coastal Karnataka and were normal over Interior Karnataka.

Mangalore AP recorded the highest maximum temperature of 38.2 degree Celsius over the State.

Minimum temperatures rose at a few places over South Interior Karnataka and changed little over Coastal Karnataka and North Interior Karnataka. They were below normal at most places being appreciably so at a few places over Coastal Karnataka and appreciably below normal at many places over Interior Karnataka Chamarajanagara recorded the lowest minimum temperature of 8.8 degree Celsius over the State.

Forecast valid until Tuesday morning: Mainly dry weather will prevail over the State.

Farmers Weather Bulletin: Mainly dry weather will prevail over all the districts of the State.

Forecast for Bangalore city: Mainly clear sky. Maximum and Minimum temperature likely to be around 32 degree and 17 degree Celsius respectively.
