Dwayne Johnson desperate to play a 'Bond baddie'

Washington, Mar 09 : American actor and former professional wrestler Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson is desperate to play the villain in James Bond movies.

The 35-year-old had decided to part ways with the World Wrestling Entertainment in order to pursue a career in Hollywood.

The muscle man, who had landed tough-guy roles in movies such as 'The Mummy Returns' and 'The Rundown', is hoping for a change.

He has now distanced himself from such roles, and has admitted that he would be very glad to play a bad guy in the super spy franchise.

"I would love to be a Bond baddie. I am a big fan of the films," Contactmusic quoted him as saying.
