Police seek more clarification from Raj Thackeray: Patil

Mumbai, Mar 7 (UNI) Deputy chief minister R R Patil today said the police have sought further clarification from Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) president Raj Thackeray about his provocative statements against North Indians that sparked violence in the metropolis and parts of the state.

Mr Patil told reporters police had received a reply from Raj but had sought further clarification on some points.

He said the decision on whether to continue with the gag order on the mans chief may be taken on Monday.
