PNC Infratech to hit capital market
Chennai, Mar 7 (UNI) PNC Infratech Limited,an engineering and infrastructure construction company, would raise funds to the tune of Rs 150 crore from the capital market.
PNC would raise funds through a book building process, the issue is slated to hit the market in the next two months, a company release here today said.
With expertise in infrastructure projects, PNC's focus was on airport modernization and upgradation.
These airport projects include resurfacing of main runaway and construction of Rapid Exist Track at AF Station, Pune, expansion and strengthening of Apron and construction of new taxiway at Lucknow and expansion and upgradation of existing Dehradun Airport among others.
The company has a unique distinction of enjoying the "SS" (Super Special Class) under the Military Engineer Services for unlimited value of contracts, the release added.
