Jindal Photo EGM on March 27
Mumbai, Mar 7 (UNI) Jindal Photo has convened an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) on March 27, inter alia, to authorise the Board of Directors of the Company to invest the funds of the Company in the equity shares of Jindal India Powertech upto Rs 300 Crores.
The investment would be made in one or more trenches by way of subscription or acquisition of shares, the company informed the BSE today.
