Pakistani national arrested from Jammu IB

Jammu, Mar 6: An elderly Pakistan national was arrested by the BSF troops when he ''inadvertently'' crossed over to Indian side of International Border (IB) in Ramgarh sector here, an official spokesman today said.

''The BSF jawans guarding Majra Border Out Post (BOP) in Ramgarh apprehended Mohammad Hussain, 60, of Sialkot's Bassor tehsil after he entered into the Indian territory at around 1530 hrs yesterday,'' the spokesman said. During the preliminary questioning, Hussain claimed to have entered India inadvertently, the spokesman said.

Rs 40 Pakistani currency was also recovered from the possession of Hussain, the spokesman added.
