Gulf Air launches Bahrain Grand Prix package for $500
New Delhi, Mar 6 (UNI) Gulf Air today said it will offer a special package to Bahrain for about 500 dollars, that will include air tickets, accomodation and tickets to the Bahrain Grand Prix.
''Gulf Air has partnered Bahrain International Circuit (BIC) and has come up with special package that includes air fare, accomodation in a four-star hotel and Grand Prix ticket,'' Gulf Air General Manager (India) Rajeev Nambiar told reporters here.
With India set to host its first F1 race in 2010, the interest in F1 racing has been increasing, he added.
The Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix 2008 will be held on April 4-6 this year at the world's only desert circuit--Bahrain International Circuit.
Mr Nambiar also informed that he has been assured by the Bahrain government of support for procurement of visas. ''The government of Bahrain has assured me of 24-48 hour visa approval for the businessmen. This will be convenient for our flyers,'' he added.
