Former Mumbai airport COO appointed Adac chief
Dubai, March 6 (UNI) Abu Dhabi Airports Co (Adac) has appointed former chief operating officer (COO) of Mumbai International Airport Rudy Vercelli as its new chief executive.
''Vercelli will join Adac on March 20 and will provide leadership, vision and strategic business planning,'' a statement said.
He would direct a major development plan for expanding the overall airport infrastructure at Abu Dhabi and Al Ain in order to meet the demands of a fast growing aviation market, in the world's most dynamic region.
Rudy Vercelli will become ADAC's first CEO. In the past, he has developed and managed growing airports, including Doha, Buenos Aires and Mumbai International Airport.
