K'taka terror link: Suspected terrorists in Court soon

Hubli, Mar 6: Judicial Magistrate First Class One court here today ordered police to produce suspected terrorists - Asadullah and Riyazuddin Nasir presently lodged in Bellary jail, before it on or before March 25.

Judge Shrinivas also ordered remand of three other suspected terrorists - Yahya, Allabaksha and Sameer to judicial custody till March 14. The trio were produced before the court this morning, amidst tight security. Suspected terrorist Yayha Khan was brought to Dharwad for further interrogation two days back. He was arrested in Bangalore and taken to an unknown place near Honnali in Davangere district for interrogation on March Two, sources said.

Yahya, Karnataka leader of banned SIMI had allegedly masterminded the plans for bomb explosions at several places, including tourists spots in the State, with the help of his accomplices, including Asif Mohammad and Shakeel Mali, arrested by the police.

The COD team was expected to take Yahya to Bangalore again after detailed interrogation in Dharwad, sources added.
