Wipro Official bags FLO woman award for IT professionals

Bangalore, Mar 5(UNI) Ms Sangita Singh, Vice President - Enterprises Application Services, Wipro Technologies, was conferred the Outstanding Woman Professional award for 2007, in IT category instituted by the Federation of Chamber of Commerce and Industry's Ladies organisation FLO.

FLO awards instituted to recognize outstanding women in their respective field of interest in various categories including Information Technology, Banking and Finance, Advertising, Education, Media, Social Sector.

The Wipro release issued here today stated that company's senior executive Sangita Singh, working as Vice President, Enterprises Application Services had received the award by the FLO recently.

Other awardees for the year include Chitra Ramakrishnan (Finance), Ela Bhatt (Social Activist), Falguni Nayar (Banking) and Shobha Kameneni (Healthcare).
