Two Govt officials dismissed from service on ACB cases
Hyderabad, Mar 5 (UNI) Former Assistant Executive Engineer of Panchayatraj was dismissed from service by the Andhra Pradesh Government, following his conviction by Principal Special Judge for ACB cases here.
A release said here today that K Krishna Reddy, who was in-charge of Warangal district, was trapped in April 2000 by the officials of Anti-Corruption Bureau(ACP) at his office when he demanded and accepted a bribe of Rs 6000 from the complainant to do official favour.
In another case, former Senior Assistant, Office of the Director of Medical Education, Hyderabad, B Raghu Kumar was dismissed from service by the Government, following his conviction in ACB case.
Earlier, he was trapped by ACB officials in November 1999 when he demanded and accepted a bribe of Rs 5000 from an Assistant Professor of Paediatrics of Andhra Medical College, Visakhapatnam for processing his file.
