One more arrested in Sacha Sauda blast case

Karnal, Mar 5 (UNI) Haryana police today arrested a close associate of Bakshish Singh, the mastermind behind the bomb attack on the Baba Dera Sacha Sauda Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh last month, for his active involvement in the attack.

According to DSP (HQ) S S Bhoria police arrested Hoshiar Singh, from Barnala Chowk in Mansa today. He was produced in the court of Judge Vijay Singh who sent him to five-day police remand.

Hoshiar's name had come up during the police remand of Mohinder Singh who had triggered the blast on the convey of the Baba along with Surender Singh.

Hailing from Jhanda Kalan in district Mansa, Hoshiar was pursuing distance-education M.A English course from Kurukshetra University and had already done computer course.

He is alleged to have kept tho explosives used in the blast for two months with him besides providing shelter to Mohinder and Surinder before the blast.

He monitored the movements of Baba's convoy and supplied the information to Mohinder on cell phone.

He was also provided a pistol by Bakshish Singh, wgich was yet to be recovereed by police.
