CPI(M), BJP activists killed in Kannur
Kannur Mar 5 (UNI) Security was tightened at Thalassery near here, following two suspected political murders and violence, in which three people were injured today.
Police identified the deceased as M P Ranjith Kumar, a CPI (M) activist hailing from Illikunnu in Thalassery and Nilhil an RSS volunteer.
Meanwhile, M T Sumesh of Kuyyali, who suffered serious stab injuries, was admitted to a private hospital in Kozhikode. The other injured-- Vinayan and Renjith, were admitted to Kozhikode Medical College Hospital.
