CID seized Rs 90,000 fake notes in Nadia

Krishnanagar, Mar 5 (UNI) CID sleuths today seized Rs 90,000 fake notes of Rs 100 denomination and arrested a local person from Ghugurgachi in West Bengal's Nadia district.

Police said the detectives from Bhawani Bhawan along with local sleuths raided a house following a specific information and arrested Sunil Barui (40) and seized the fake notes of Rs 90,000.

They also seized a motor cycle from the arrested man, a resident of Ghugurgachi under Bogula block, police said.
