7 ASPs, 5 IPS transferred in UP
Lucknow, Mar 5 (UNI) Uttar Pradesh government tonight transferred five Indian Police Service (IPS) officers and seven Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) in the state.
Director General of Police (DGP), Fire Services, C M Bhatt is now DGP, Training.
Additional Director General of Police (ADG), anti-corruption cell, Ram Lal Ram has been given the additional charge of ADG SIT (Special Investigation Team), Lucknow.
While, ADG SIT S Bala has been given the responsibilty of technical services in the same capacity.
ADG, Fire Services, Lucknow, B M Srivastava has been transferred to CBCID, while ADG (technical services) Rati Ram has been posted at Mr Srivastava's place.
Other transfers included, ASP, Muzaffarnagar Vinod Kumar and ASP (city), Bareilly, Raju Babu Singh who had swapped their posts.
Vijay Kumar Gautam, Meerut's ASP (area), Intelligence, is now ASP, Gangapar, Allahabad.
Whereas, Mahesh Kumar Mishra, ASP, Gangapar, Allahabad is ASP (eastern) Kanpur city.
Ashok Kumar, deputy commandent, ninth company PAC, Moradabad is ASP (city), Muzaffarnagar.
Atul Saxena, transfer has been corrected and posted as ASP, central store, Kanpur city.
Ashok Kumar Tandon, Section officer, CBCID, Allahabad has been made ASP, special investigation, Lucknow.
