Procession of Kalyana Venkateswara swamy around temple

Tirupati, Mar 4 (UNI) The processional deities of Kalyana Venkateswara swamy, along with his consorts, were taken in a procession around the temple, atop wooden chariot, on the eighth day of annual Brahmotsavam which was witnessed by hundreds of devotees.

After performing 'Unjana seva' to the deities by the temple priests, Lord Venkanna was placed on the 'Aswa vahanm' and taken out in a procession around the temple in the night.

At Kapileswara Swamy temple near Tirupati, Lord Kapileswara swamy along with Goddess Parvathi were taken around on 'Puli vahanam' on the fourth day of annual Brahmotsavam.
