Principal, teacher suspended for fraud
Jaunpur, Mar 24 (UNI) District administartion suspended a Sanskrit college principal and an assistant teacher over fraudulent appointment.
In 2002-03, then district college inspector Asharfilal and college manager aided the appointment of Vivek Tripathi and Ramdeen Vishvakarma as principal and assistant teacher respectively in the college.
The district college inspector Dinesh Chandra Pandey suspended the duo yesterday.
At least five people had been booked in this regard and efforts were on to retrieve the stipend taken by them so far.
Meanwhile, Mr Pandey apprised that further investigations were on to track down the irregularities committed during appointments and the guilty would be punished.
