One commits suicide in North Bengal
Siliguri, Mar 04 (UNI) One person today committed suicide by jumping off a flyover in the district's Mahabirsthan area under Siliguri police station.
The body of the 30-year-old resident of Fakdaibari area under Baktinagar police station was found by the police and sent for post mortem Siiguri Medical College and Hospital.
Police said the person had long been suffering from various ailments and out of frustration, committed suicide. An unnatural death case has been filed.
Siliguri Deputy Superintendant of Police Pradeep Kumar Dutta confirmed that it was a suicide case.
