Governor appoints two Executive Council members

Bangalore, Mar 4 (UNI) Karnataka Governor and Chancellor of the Universities in Karnataka, Rameshwar Thakur has appointed two nominees of the state government as members of the Executive Council of Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum.

In a notification issued from the Governor's office today said that two members are G B Mahadevappa and Dr D L Prabhakara.

The term of office would be for a period of three years or till the Executive Council is constituted whichever earlier.
