Final year degree student commits suicide in hostel room

Hyderabad, Mar 4 (UNI) A third year BSc (Agriculture) student allegedly committed suicide by hanging herself to the ceiling of her hostel room, in the Acharya NG Ranga Agriculture University, under the Rajendra Nagar police station limits in the city today.

Police said Ms Yamuna, hailing from Mulugu village in Warangal district, was found dead in her hostel room.

The reason behind the suicide was not yet ascertained.

Investigation was on, police added.
